"My Fitness level has improved dramatically. Attended my 3rd class today. I like the fact no one appears to be gym junkies. The people are all older, friendly. There are no long mirrors that you see in some gyms.
The teacher is qualified and spends the time to explain what muscles you are working and why. Come and join us. Wear loose clothing and sneakers, all equipment is supplied."

"I've been attending the aqua exercise classes with Paul for about a year now and I can't tell you how great it has been for me. I started because I had Hip and Knee issues and excess weight wasn't helping me. I couldn't walk up or down my 9 back steps and carrying the washing basket was impossible. A week ago I shared the most amazing, romantic view with my hubby at the top of the lookout at Freycinet, looking over Wineglass Bay. Not only can I do my 9 back steps, carrying the washing but anyone who has done that walk, knows exactly what I've concurred. Well over 300 steps I believe. Oh....and I've lost 14kg. "I would like to say that I have found that Paul Hamilton's aqua exercise class held at Brighton Swim Centre on Wednesday mornings has been amazing for me. I suffer with a lot of joint and connective tissue pain in my daily life. I do not experience any pain when I exercise in the water. I look forward to Wednesday mornings because during and after the class I feel strong and invigorated. I appreciate Paul's guidance and supervision throughout the class and also his wisdom and advice afterwards. I want other people to know that they can experience less pain or no pain while they exercise in the water. I forgot to say that the great music that Paul plays while we exercise really helps.
