Introducing Lisa Pilkington! It gives me great pleasure to introduce Lisa Pilkington, our latest exercise facilitator!
Lisa’s 30 years of experience in all areas of the fitness industry is truly amazing! Lisa will be facilitating Mat Pilates & Circuit exercise classes over a 10 week term at Montrose Bay Yacht Club, starting Friday the 1st of May. Pilates will start at 9AM, followed by Circuit at 10AM.
To promote these classes under short notice & celebrate Lisa’s inclusion, All About Fitness is offering you the opportunity to trial these classes on Friday the 24th April for free.
If anyone can’t make it to the 24th April, contact All About Fitness and we will arrange another time for your free trial.

Stretch/Pilates
