As long as I can remember I have been active and had a strong pull towards all things health, fitness, nutrition and wellness. It’s both a personal and professional journey for me that benefits myself and also those around me as I have chosen health and fitness as a career from a very young age…my late teens. Now at 57 I am just as if not even more passionate about sharing and caring with all that I have come to learn and have gained experience at this point. Continually eager to learn more I have continued steadily over the past 30 plus years in my education related to this field. The learning never stops through both personal experience and practical application as well as progressive academic studies and most importantly experience with a broad range of clients. I am empathetic by nature and care about each and every participant in the classes / workshops etc that I teach and mentor. A grandmother, part time registered nurse and mum of two beautiful girls I love the simple things in life that bring joy and meaning. My interests include paddle boarding, spending time with my two dogs, cooking and all things wellness! I love to play my piano and sing and spend quality time with my friends.
