Stretch/Pilates and Circuit Station Workouts
It excites us to announce every Wednesday from the 29th October, through to the 17th December, two new classes will be added to the timetable at Montrose Bay Yacht Club.

9:00 am: Stretch/Pilates Mat Workouts
10:00 am: Circuit Station Workouts

With the proper guidance the benefits of floor Stretching, Pilates and station work are instrumental in supporting everyones Fitness needs.

Stretch/Pilates

A beginner-friendly, low-impact workout performed on a mat that
enhances core strength, flexibility and posture through controlled
movements and mindful breathing.

Suitable for all levels, it improves balance, stability and functional
movement, making it ideal for desk workers, athletes or anyone
seeking a safe, effective workout.

Classes run for 45-60 minutes, guided by experienced instructors
and include warm-up, core exercises and cool-down. Just bring comfortable clothing, grip socks or bare feet and hydration.

Perfect for reducing back pain, building overall strength and
improving mobility.

Consistency is the key for best results.

Circuit Training

Experience a dynamic, fast-paced workout that combines strength,
cardio and functional movements in under an hour.

Moving through diverse stations you will target different muscle
groups, boost your endurance and burn calories - all in a motivating group setting.

Perfect for busy schedules and all fitness levels, each station can
be scaled to match your ability, ensuring a challenging yet
achievable session.

Expect variety, full-body conditioning and fun every time! Just bring supportive shoes, activewear and hydration.

$96 for one class per week over the 8 week cycle.

$160 for both classes on the same day over the 8 week cycle.
