Heartmovers
​

Fun and effective, Heartmovers is a low to moderate, gentle exercise class, covering all forms and levels of fitness. It is suitable for intermediate and beginners, and is safe for people with (stable) long term health conditions (e.g heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc).

This class runs for approximately 45-60 minutes.

A functional fitness, strength and conditioning program, designed to assist in balancing our body. Structured to correct your posture and strengthen your bones.
​

This class runs for approximately 60 minutes.

Strength to Strength (S2S)
​

Tailored, safe and effective exercises, assisting with weaknesses for all levels. This class is also designed to assist people who have suffered an injury/setback or are recovering from a medical condition. (Some people use wheelchairs, others have their walking stick handy).

This class runs for approximately 45-60 minutes.

Stretch/Rehab
​

Learn how to rehabilitate correctly and increase your range of motion. An education on correct movement and technique using all planes of the body.

Resistance Assisted Stretching – (R.A.S)

Resistance Assisted Stretching – (R.A.S) is an incredible effective solution for those struggling with tense knotted muscles. It focuses on improving flexibility, relieving pain, correcting bodily imbalances and delivering a wide array of benefits to enhance your overall health.

Community Based Support Classes

All About Fitness works closely with Community Based Support, a Tasmanian organisation that works to assist and support the elderly and/or disabled people. We offer classes with CBS as part of their ‘Aging Backwards’ movement program, with classes running On Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 – 12 at the Montrose Bay Yacht Club, and at the New Norfolk RSL on Thursday's at 1pm.


All of the above classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate and/or experienced people, and is safe for people with (stable) long term health conditions (e.g heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc). There are always options to make your workout easier/harder, depending on your individual wants and needs.
Locations

We run our classes at several locations: Most are held at the Montrose Bay Yacht Club, with a few select classes being held at  Wrest Point Casino, Rokeby Trust Hall and the New Norfolk RSL on Thursday's at 1pm. 

We work with all Aged Care Providers, including NDIS. For further information please contact us.
